What’s the market like in the Charlotte area?
This is a hot market , homes are selling quickly. The inventory in the area is lower than last year and the builders can't keep up with the demand. Many homes in the under $250k are under contract in 3-5 days, which leaves little time to look over many homes to see which ones work best for any buyer, since they are on the market for a very short time. Condos and town homes are under construction all around the area and new apartments are springing up as well. Since there is currently a shortage, prices of new homes are going up.
The Best way to find the latest listings.
You can search on the Highgarden website and get the most up-to-date listings. Trulia and Zillow and many other sites do not remove listings when they go under contract quickly as they want to show that they have lots more listings.
